  對於現代的上班族而言,維持工作與生活平衡是多麼不容易,由於科技的發達,現在在任何地方都能上班。工作地點不再侷限於辦公室。但相對的工作與生活的界線也變得十分模糊。使得很多人難以在工作與生活當中維持平衡。往往工作溢出干擾個人生活,又或是個人生活溢出干擾工作。在無法兩全其美的狀況下,容易讓員工懈怠,而失去幸福感。當幸福感強烈被影響時,可能會觸發員工進行工作尋找行為。本研究主要研究目的,是為了找到工作生活平衡是否會直接影響到幸福感,而當幸福感耗損到一定程度時,是否會導致員工直接開始工作尋找行為。

  本研究主要想以台灣地區各行各業為調查對象,以線上問卷進行訪查。共回收了350份網路問卷,其中6份因答題時間過短(少於5分鐘),或答題過於極端,視為無效問卷,總計有效問卷344份。主要是以員工的角度,了解當員工面臨工作生活平衡的問題時,會不會影響員工的幸福感;進而觸發他們想要進行工作尋找行為。

  透過層級迴歸分析(hierarchical regression)後,本研究發現:
1.工作生活平衡會對個人幸福感有顯著正向影響
2.工作生活平衡對工作尋找行為不具有顯著的負向影響
3.幸福感對工作尋找行為有顯著的負向影響
Abstract
For modern office workers, it is difficult to maintain a work-life balance. With the advancement of technology, you can work anywhere. The workplace is no longer limited to the office now. However, the line between work and life has also become very blurred. It’s difficult to maintain work-life balance. Not only work interferes with life, but also life interferes with work. In the absence of the best of both worlds, it is easy for employees to slack off and lose their sense of happiness. When happiness is strongly affected, it may trigger employees to engage in job-seeking behavior.

The main purpose of this research is to take the change industry in Taiwan as the survey object, and conduct interviews with online questionnaires check. A total of 350 online questionnaires were retrieved, of which 6 were due to too short answer time. In the end, there are a total of 344 valid questionnaires. From the standpoint of employees.If work and life interfere with each other, it could be make employees unhappy. Then, it makes employees want to job-search.

After conducting a hierarchical regression, this study found that:
1. Work-life balance has a positive impact on personal well-being.
2. Work-life balance does not have a significant negative impact on job search
behavior
3. 3. Well-being has a positive effect on job-seeking behavior.
