國際關係的全球化趨勢下，各國競相追求經濟發展，藉由貿易合作與競爭使得關係更形緊密，「歐盟」與中國關係也是在雙方均致力發展經貿中進展。「歐盟」與中國在地緣政治上並無戰略衝突，除彼此在政治制度及意識形態的差異，例如中國強調「一個中國原則」之下，「歐盟」仍極力維繫與臺灣的非官方關係。「歐盟」與中國未曾有政治上嚴重的衝突出現，在經貿方面，兩大經濟體以經濟為基礎而建立戰略夥伴關係，故在「歐盟」視中國「一帶一路」為戰略競爭的同時，雙方仍持續高層級政治對話。貿易規模逐年擴大至2020年互為最大貿易夥伴，並完成《歐中全面投資協定》談判。本文檢視「歐盟」與中國關係之經貿、政治層面的發展，以及在全球化時期共同支持多邊主義，並在雙方類似之安全觀下，發展「和平與安全」領域之合作。

Under the trend of globalization in international relations, countries are racing to pursue economic development, and the relationship has become closer through trade cooperation and competition. EU-China relations are also progressing in the development of economic and trade mutually. There is no geopolitical strategic conflict between the EU and China, except differences in political systems and ideologies, for example, under China’s emphasis on the "One China Principle", the EU still strives to maintain unofficial relations with Taiwan. Besides, there has never been a serious political conflict between the EU and China. Therefore, the two largest economies in the world have established an economic-based strategic partnership. Accordingly, while the EU regards China’s “One Belt One Road” as a strategic competition, the two sides are still continuing High-Level Political Dialogue. The scale of trade between the two sides has expanded year by year to 2020, and each other has become the largest trading partner and completed the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment(CAI). This article examines the economic, trade and political developments in the EU-China relations, and in the era of globalization, they jointly support multilateralism and similar security concepts to develop cooperation in the field of 'peace and security'.
