隨著經濟全球化，各國經濟關係錯縱複雜，經濟外交已成為各國追求經濟利益的主要手段之一。中國憑著廣大的內需市場以及充沛的勞動力，已成為世界經濟強國之一，經過了經濟快速成長期，維持國家經濟成長已成為中國現今面臨問題之一。21 世紀後，中國為了尋求資源與出口市場，將合作觸角延伸到拉丁美洲，希望透過經濟政策與國家領導高層互訪，來帶動雙邊貿易往來、投資、區域組織合作，達到南南合作的雙贏局面。隨著新一代領導人習近平上台，對拉丁美洲地區經濟政策有所調整，一方面延續過去夥伴關係政策，另一方面，透過中拉論壇的成立，深化與拉丁美洲關係。 本文將以經濟外交角度切入，回顧過往中國與拉丁美洲經濟互動，分析中國與拉丁美洲的貿易與投資。再檢視習近平上任後在拉丁美洲經濟外交之實踐，比較習近平上任後中國在拉丁美洲貿易與投資，探究中國在拉丁美洲的經濟利益。

With economic globalization and the complicated economic relations, economic diplomacy has become one of the main means for countries to pursue economic interests. With its vast domestic demand market and abundant labor force, China has become one of the world's economic power countries. After a period of rapid economic growth, maintaining China's economic growth has become the important issue now. In order to seek resources and export markets, China extent its cooperation to Latin America. China hopes to promote bilateral trade exchanges, investment, and cooperation in regional organizations through economic policies and visits national leaders to achieve a win-win situation for South-South cooperation. As Xi Jinping became a new generation of Chinese leaders, he adjusted his economic policies in Latin America. On the one hand, he continued the partnership policy. On the other hand, he deepened relations with Latin America through the establishment of the China-Latin America Forum. This article will analyze from the perspective of economic diplomacy, review the past economic interactions between China and Latin America. Then, review Xi Jinping's economic diplomacy in Latin America after he took office, explore the trade and investment between China and Latin America during this period. The establishment of the China-Latin America Forum in 2014 also brought the relationship between China and Latin America to a new phase.
