Abstract
Due to the differences between different medical tasks and responsibilities, the use of social media differs in various healthcare settings. Therefore, healthcare professionals are faced with a large amount of information that needs to be effectively managed and applied to complete their tasks. Social media can promote a higher level of communication to share knowledge and experience. This process is very important for the accumulation and use of professional knowledge in health care. Therefore, understanding whether medical care professionals have a track record in using social media is another important issue.
This study observes the use of social media by physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and medical administrators to explore the relevance of various aspects.
This research is a cross-sectional study. Through literature discussion and theoretical development, the research model is developed by integrating medical care-related research results, expectation confirmation theory, trust theory and post-acceptance continuous use model, using online questionnaires for sample collection, using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22.0, Microsoft Excel 2016, and statistical software AMOS, which is specially used to analyze structural equations (SEM), are used as statistical analysis tools to explore the relationship between various variables. Appropriate statistical analysis is carried out based on the assumptions and variable characteristics of this research. The analysis content includes Structural equations, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and study the causal fit of each hypothesis in the overall framework model and the path to verify the proposed model.
There are 239 final samples in this study. The results show that the model fits well. The degree of confirmation after the use of social media by medical professionals significantly affects the perceived usefulness, satisfaction and trust. Perceived usefulness does not have a significant impact on continuous use intention, but it does have a significant impact on satisfaction. In addition, although the trust of medical professionals after using social media does not have a significant impact on satisfaction, the trust of medical professionals Both the degree and the degree of satisfaction will positively affect their continued use intentions.
The results of this research are consistent with most previous research results. It is hoped that the conclusions and recommendations of this research can be of reference value and contribute to future social discussions on the use of social media by medical staff.
