本研究深入探討馬基維利主義與道歉動機之間的相互關係,聚焦於道德意識與團隊氛圍在其中的調節作用,旨在揭示影響策略性道歉的動機。本研究使用線上問卷調查法,採用三階段回收問卷,每階段間隔10天,共收集493份有效樣本,並利用SPSS進行相關分析、階層迴歸分析、干擾效果檢驗以及獨立樣本的t檢定,驗證道歉行為背後的動機模式及影響機制。高馬基維利主義通常基於策略性考量選擇道歉,而不是純粹出於悔罪或情感激發,策略道歉的傾向更為顯著。此外,研究結果也證實,團隊氛圍是影響道歉動機的重要調節因子,修復人際互動或提升個人形象,進一步維護團隊和諧。 |
Abstract |
This study is to deep dive the correlation between Machiavellianism and apology motivation, focusing on the moderation effect of moral awareness and team climate, for the purpose of discovering the motivation that affects the strategic apology. An online questionnaire survey was used, and received them by three stages. Every stage with a 10-day interval, totally collect 493 valid samples, and run the relative analysis by SPSS, hierarchical regression analysis, moderation effect testing, and t-test of independent sample, in order to verify the motivational patterns and influencing mechanisms behind the apology behavior. The findings reveal that individuals with high Machiavellian traits typically choose to apologize based on strategic considerations rather than genuine remorse or emotional triggers, demonstrating an obviously tendency toward strategic apologies. Moreover, the study results confirm that team climate is a critical moderating factor in affecting apology motivation, it could repair interpersonal interactions or enhance personal image, and further to maintain team harmony. |
