Abstract
This research aims to identify potential solutions for employees at company U who have experienced job burnout. This research has found several solutions when company U’s employees experience job burnout. The solutions include: separating work and personal life, engaging in leisure and recreational activities, conducting self-assessments, seeking precise support, allowing for a buffer period, and practicing quiet resignation. The study employed the qualitative method as its research approach. The researcher formulated interview questions by drawing from relevant literature reviews. These questions were then used to conduct interviews with a total of five employees who are currently working at the company. During the interviews, it is possible to gather genuine thoughts and suggestions from the employees. After the interviews, the responses from the interviewees were carefully organized and analyzed. The findings will also link to the topics discussed in the literature review section.
