Abstract |
This study looks into how workers perceived a quick switch to work from home during the COVID pandemic in India. This would also investigate the role that work-life balance plays in an individual's life following the pandemic. Last but not least, this research project will consider how work from home during a pandemic may affect workers' productivity outcomes at work. The research methodology for this study was the qualitative technique, which involved the engagement of four semi-structured interviews with workers who had been working from home for more than a month prior to the interview. The outcome of this research shows that working from home did have a negative impact in maintaining the work life balance of an individual but there was no significant impact seen in their productivity. |
