現今的世代,隨著網路科技的蓬勃發展,使得線上課程平台發展越來越多,人們的學習管道已經不限定於傳統的模式,亦可以透過眾多的線上課程平台,來獲取新的知識,並且可以不受地點與時間的限制,隨時隨地依照自己的喜好進行學習。
然而在COVID-19疫情的肆虐與蔓延,而經濟上、交通與生活型態受到了擾亂,為了避免人與人之間不必要的接觸,線上課程又比實體課程更加具備了一定的優勢與吸引力。然而線上課程具備的優勢有(1)時間、空間彈性;(2)可重複觀看;(3)學費較低;(4)內容更具多樣性。
雖然線上課程比實體課程上具備了這麼多的優勢,但依照統計的數據,開放線上課程(MOOC)平台的平均完課率僅15%,這樣的狀況顯示了學習者雖然註冊了課程,但並沒有持續進行線上課程的學習,然而這樣的問題至今尚未獲得有效的改善。
所以本研究目的是找出會影響學習者於線上課程平台的學習因子,透過內外在的動機為框架,採用線上問卷的形式蒐集樣本,透過回收的有效數據進行分析與研究,找出具體的原因,提供授課人員、線上課程平台亦或是學習者,藉著本研究了解影響持續學習的原因,進而改善問題,藉此提升學習者持續學習的意願,提高課程的完課率,相信透過完整的課程學習藉此獲得提升學習者自我的知識,讓學習具有確實且有效的吸收。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the booming Internet technology, more and more online course platforms have been developed. In addition to the traditional learning channels, people can also acquire new knowledge through numerous online course platforms. Apart from traditional learning channels, people can also acquire new knowledge through numerous online course platforms without the restriction of location and time to learn anytime and anywhere as they like.
However, as the COVID-19 pandemic rages and spreads, the economy, transportation and lifestyles are disrupted in every aspect. In terms of avoiding unnecessary contact between people, online courses have certain advantages and attractions over physical courses. The advantages of online courses are (1) flexible in time and space; (2) re-watchable content; (3) lower tuition; and (4) more diverse content.
Despite all the advantages of online courses, the average completion rate of MOOC platforms is only 15% according to statistics. This situation shows that learners do not continue to take online courses even though they have registered for the courses, and this problem has not been effectively improved yet.
Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the learning factors that affect learners on the online course platform. Through the framework of internal and external motivations, an online questionnaire was used to collect samples. The valid data collected were analyzed and examined to find out the specific causes for reference to instructors, online course platforms, and learners. Based on the reasons that affect continuous learning, it is hoped that the study will help improve the problems, increase learners' willingness to finish the courses, and improve the course completion rate. It is believed that by doing the complete course, learners will be able to improve their knowledge and make their learning more effective and efficient.
