組織文化在組織中有著至關重要的角色,有益的組織文化將培養企業成功的特質。組織文化與招聘和選拔過程之間有著密切的關係,因為這關係著員工的選拔與留用。一但組織定義了其組織文化,那麼組織便可以轉向確認哪些特徵和特質對潛在的候選人最為重要,以便為組織找到最適合的員工。
半導體行業被認為是全球經濟的主要貢獻者之一,而組織文化對於獲得競爭優勢很重要。因此本研究的主要目的是確定半導體行業具有哪種類型的組織文化,調查組織文化與招聘過程的關係,以及組織文化對半導體行業招聘和選拔過程的影響。
研究結果表明,半導體行業員工對群體文化的認知度較高,但同時也具有發展文化和理性文化意識。除此之外,招聘和選拔過程在半導體行業中極為重要,並且也意識到組織文化對招聘和選拔過程的影響。
Abstract
Organizational culture plays a crucial role in organizations. Having a conducive organizational culture will develop the traits for business success. There is a close relationship between organizational culture and the recruitment and selection process because it associates with the employee’s selection and retention. Once the organization defines its culture, then the organization can turn to identify which traits and characteristics are the most important for potential employees in order to find the most suitable candidates for the organization.
The semiconductor industry is considered to be one of the major contributors to the global economy, and the organizational culture is important for gaining a competitive advantage. The industry has grown exponentially every year experiencing rapid growth. Therefore, the primary purpose of this research is to identify which type of organizational culture does the semiconductor industry have and investigate the relationship between organizational culture and the recruitment process, also the impact of organizational culture on the recruitment and selection process in the semiconductor industry. The results showed that the employees in the semiconductor industry had a higher recognition of group culture but were also aware of development culture and rational culture. In addition, the recruitment and selection process are extremely important in the semiconductor industry and people are aware of the impact of organizational culture on the recruitment and selection process.
