本研究以中信造船集團為例，探討推動台灣造船業轉型的關鍵因素。 該研究使用了內容分析，這是質性研究方法之一。 用於分析的資料是該公司董事長的訪談筆錄。 研究結果表明，存在六個內部環境因素，包含計劃和決策、組織形象、勞動力管理、工廠和機具、組織文化和公司負責人。 此外，還有海巡署、新臺幣、政府政策、趨勢、競爭對手和地理位置等六大外部環境因素。

This study examines the key factors driving the Taiwan shipbuilding industry’s transformation by using a case study of the Jong Shyn shipbuilding group. The study used content analysis, which is one of the qualitative research approaches. The data used for analysis are interview transcripts of the company’s owner. The findings indicated that there are six internal environment factors including plans and policies, organization’s image, labor management, plant and machinery, organization’s culture, and owner. Moreover, there are six external environmental factors including the coast guard administration, Taiwan currency, government policies, trends, competitor, and geography.
