本研究旨在探討在 K 公司工作的快樂與幸福感。K公司的工作環境,以及工作環境如何影響員工也將被討論。此外,也將探討影響員工留在K公司的原因。本研究採用定性方法作為研究方法,針對在 K 公司工作的四位受訪者進行深度訪問。藉由訪談,瞭解員工對K公司的真實感受及想法。 最後,將受訪者的訪談回覆做整合分析,並將其與文獻探討做連結。
Abstract
This research aims to discuss happiness in K company. Also discuss the work environment in K company, to know how it can influence employees. In addition, to realize what is the main point to influence employees to stay in K company will also be discussed.
The qualitative method was chosen as the research method for this study. The researcher designed questions to do the interview with four people who are working in the K company. Through interviews, the true feeling toward the K company of employees can be collected. In the end, the answers from the interviewees during the interviews will be integrated and analyzed, it will also be connected to what is being discussed in the literature review part.
