本研究針對「心理資本」、「工作壓力」和「運動參與」進行分析並研究。本研究以260位職場工作者為對象,以問卷調查法的方式,並用敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、ANOVA、Pearson’s correlation 與PROCESS macro (model 1)加以分析,結果如下:
1. 約有70%的職場工作者有運動習慣。
2. 性別差異在「心理資本」和「運動參與」,皆有顯著差異;但於「工作壓力」則無顯著。
3. 婚姻狀態差異在「運動參與」和「工作壓力」無顯著差異,但已婚者的「心理資本」較未婚者高。
4. 職務類型差異在「心理資本」和「運動參與」有顯著差異;但於「工作壓力」則無顯著。
5. 職場工作者之「心理資本」與「運動參與」有顯著之正向關聯性。
6. 職場工作者之「運動參與」和「工作壓力」無顯著之關聯性。
7. 職場工作者之「心理資本」和「工作壓力」有顯著之負向關聯性。
8. 「運動參與」對「心理資本」和「工作壓力」關係具有調節效果。
最後,方依研究分析結果,提出具體結論,並針對日後之研究,提出相關建議,以供後續研究之參考。
Abstract
This research studies "Psychological Capital", "Job Stress" and "Exercise Participation". This study is based on 260 office workers, using questionnaire survey method, and using descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and PROCESS macro (model 1) analysis. The results of this research are listed as below:
1. About 70% of office workers have exercise habits.
2. The differences in gender are found significant differences in "Psychological Capital" and "Exercise Participation", but not in "Job Stress".
3. The differences in marital status "Exercise Participation" and "Job Stress" are not significant, but the "Psychological Capital" of married people is higher than unmarried people.
4. The differences in job position resulted in significant differences in "Psychological Capital" and “Exercise Participation”, but not in "Job Stress".
5. Significant positive correlation is found between “Exercise Participation” and "Psychological Capital".
6. Significant positive correlation is not found between “Exercise Participation” and "Job Stress".
7. Significant negative correlation is found between “Psychological Capital” and "Job Stress".
8. "Exercise Participation" performs moderating effect on the relationship between "Psychological Capital" and "Job Stress".
Based on the research results, further conclusions and suggestions are provided as better directions for future study purposes.
