股價與策略實施之間的聯繫是高度相關的。本文旨在通過分析股價上漲的原因，了解紡織企業-儒鴻如何應對市場需求。這項質性研究是一項案例研究，利用線上會議進行半結構化訪談和採納網站的二手訊息。我們的研究結果表明，做出正確的決策可以為股價的增長帶來良好的表現。透過二手資料和採訪，我們可以了解儒鴻如何通過發現最新技術和管理方式來克服未來挑戰並獲得市場競爭力。這項研究的結果可以分為三點。首先，由於越南勞動力飽和，在印度尼西亞擴大工廠的決定是不可避免的。其次，隨著產能的增長和新技術的植入，股價將不斷上漲。最後，差異化戰略在紡織行業非常重要，因為現在低價競爭的現象非常激烈。

The connection between share price and the implementation of strategies are highly correlated. This paper aims to figure out how Eclat, a textile company, deals with the demand of the market through analyzing the reasons of rising share price. This qualitative research is a case study that conducted in semi-structured interviews by online meetings and secondary information from websites. Our findings indicated that doing the right decision can bring great performance on the growth of share price. Through secondary information and interviews, we can understand how Eclat overcome future challenges and obtain competitiveness in the market via discovering the latest technology and the way of management. The result of this study can be separated into three points. Firstly, the decision of expanding factory in Indonesia is unavoidable due to labor saturation in Vietnam. Secondly, the share price will continuously rise since the capacity is growing and implantation of new technology. Thirdly, the strategy of differentiation is quite important in textile industry because the phenomenon of low-price competition is fierce nowadays.
