因中美貿易戰，新冠肺炎與俄烏戰爭已對全球經濟造成系統性之影響，不斷上升的成本也導致各產業獲利空間大幅壓縮，人力缺乏的議題讓各行各業都相當頭痛。甲電公司於2020年引進智慧服務機器人，立基於不安穩的外在環境，並藉此抓住商機，有效改善人力缺口的問題，深受合作夥伴們的青睞，現今合作夥伴廣布各個產業。
然而服務機器人目前仍多以輔助的角色協助餐廳營運加上不斷加入的競爭者，讓服務機器人面臨利潤空間壓縮的挑戰，但甲電公司憑藉著技術改良及原有的龐大客群，加上服務機器人目前仍在導入初期，正處於成長期，未來仍有與擴充其他服務的空間，未來成長性可期。

Due to the China–United States trade war, the COVID-19 and the Russia-Ukraine war have had a systematic impact on the global economy. The rising costs have also led to a significant compression of the profit margin of various industries. The problem of lack of manpower has made significant effect on operation. The Global V International Co., Ltd introduced intelligent service robots in 2020, which is based on an unstable external environment, and seizes business opportunities to reduces the labor gap. It is deeply favored by partners. Nowadays, partners are widely distributed in various industries.
However, the service robot still plays an auxiliary role to assist the operation of the restaurant and the continuous joining competitors, which makes the service robot face the challenge of compressing the profit space. However, the Global V International Co., Ltd relies on technical improvement, the original large customer base, and the service robot in the early stage of introduction, so that there will still have the room to develop other services and the future growth is expected.
