高爾夫球運動，發源於蘇格蘭，至今已有500餘年的歷史了而台灣早在西元1914年時，日本人即在台北縣淡水造了3個球洞的球場，至今也有百餘年歷史是台灣最古老的首座高爾夫球場。政府遷台後由於致力於經濟發展帶動喜愛高爾夫運動人口快速增加，至今台灣國內大約有六十座以上的高爾夫球場，高爾夫運動人口大約上百萬人，台灣的高爾夫選手，在國際賽場上也有相當不錯的水準，時常在各種國際比賽中獲得優異表現為國爭光。
許多國內外球友都不知道，其實台灣高爾夫球產業OEM、ODM都是世界一流的，在市場上，除了少數知名品牌自有生產外，其餘品牌皆能在台灣的高爾夫球代工廠看見身影。
隨著新冠疫情改變了人們休閒運動的習慣，全球參與高爾夫球運動的人數創下新高，隨著高爾夫球人口的成長，全球的高爾夫球需求量無論是比賽球或是練習球也持續增加中，但也因為疫情關係，導致高爾夫球主要原料供貨不穩定，各大品牌及代工廠出現搶料現象，隨著高球運動的蓬勃發展，台灣的高爾夫球代工該如何面臨危機呢?
本次研究以中小型企業K公司為例，針對目前K公司如果要擴大高爾夫球代工產線所面臨的問題，進行分析、討論，並擬定改善策略及企業經營發展策略，來協助台灣高爾夫球代工產業的未來發展。

Golf, originated in Scotland, has a history of more than 500 years. As early as 1914, the Japanese built a three-hole golf course in Danshui, Taipei, which is now over a hundred years old and the oldest golf course in Taiwan. After the government moved to Taiwan, it devoted itself to economic development, which led to a rapid increase in the population of golf enthusiasts. So far, Taiwan has completed more than 60 golf courses, and there are about one million golfers. Taiwan's golfers also have a good level on the international stage, often winning excellent results in various international competitions and bringing honor to the country,Many domestic and foreign golfers do not know that Taiwan's golf industry OEM and ODM are world-class. In the market, except for a few well-known brands that have their own production, other brands can be seen in Taiwan's golf OEM factories.
With the COVID-19 pandemic changing people's leisure sports habits, the number of people participating in golf worldwide has reached a new high. However, due to the pandemic, the supply of main materials for golf has been unstable, causing major brands and OEM factories to compete for materials. With the vigorous development of golf, how should Taiwan's golf OEM industry face the global shortage crisis?
This research takes the small and medium-sized enterprise K company as an example to analyze and discuss the problems that K company faces when expanding its golf ball OEM production line. Improvement strategies and business development strategies will be formulated to assist the future de development of Taiwan's golf ball OEM industry.
