本研究探討公司治理評鑑對融資資金成本之影響。研究期間為2014年至2020年，研究對象為所有接受公司治理評鑑之上市公司。研究者根據每屆公布之級距將公司分類，並探討公司治理評鑑結果與融資資金成本之相對關係，以驗證若公司治理評鑑結果愈佳，其融資資金成本是否愈低。結果顯示，公司治理評鑑結果愈佳的公司，其融資資金成本確實較低，代表公司治理評鑑對於融資資金成本有顯著的影響，對債權人有其參考價值。

This study investigates the impact of corporate governance evaluation on financing costs. The study period is from 2014 to 2020, and the research subjects are all listed companies that have undergone corporate governance evaluation. The researcher classifies companies based on the published levels and examines the relative relationship between corporate governance evaluation results and financing costs to verify whether companies with better corporate governance evaluation results have lower financing costs. The results show that companies with better corporate governance evaluation results do have lower financing costs, indicating that corporate governance evaluation has a significant impact on financing costs and is of reference value to creditors.
