K銀行為上市公司，應以經營績效為導向，惟K銀行2021年稅後每股盈餘落後同業平均值，本研究針對K銀行所遭遇經營困境提出研究問題，並進行策略規劃之研究，以解決K銀行經營困境，增加K銀行競爭力，提升經營績效為本論文研究動機。
本論文研究目的是藉由設計科學研究法，並參考Aaker 策略規劃模型及SWOT分析，進行K銀行策略規劃，展示與評估可行的策略方案，供K銀行拓展營運基磐之參考。
本論文依據外在分析、內在分析結果，再加上SWOT分析與策略說明後，展示對K銀行組織發展策略、人力資源策略與業務推展策略，另外為了評估解決方案對問題有效度，設定K銀行經營願景與目標及策略如何被執行，以達成財務預測與風險控管，然後每年進行回饋與修正，以確保本論文研究目的之達成。
本論文在學術貢獻部分，可提供學術教學個案研究之探討；在實務貢獻部分，可供K銀行拓展營運基磐之參考。

Bank K is a listed company and should be guided by operating performance. However, Bank K’s after-tax earnings per share in 2021 lags behind the industry average. This study proposes research questions and conducts research on strategic planning for Bank K’s operating difficulties.The research motivation of this paper is to solve the operating difficulties of Bank K, increase the competitiveness of Bank K, and improve operating performance.
The research purpose of this thesis is to Design Science Research Methodology, and refer to the Aaker strategic planning model and SWOT analysis, carry out the strategic planning of Bank K, demonstrate and evaluate feasible strategic plans, and provide reference for Bank K to expand its operating foundation.
Based on the results of external analysis and internal analysis, coupled with SWOT analysis and strategy description, this paper demonstrates the organizational development strategy, human resource strategy and business promotion strategy of K bank. In addition, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the solution to the problem, set K bank How the business vision, objectives and strategies are implemented to achieve financial forecasts and risk control, and then feedback and revisions are made every year to ensure the achievement of the research objectives of this paper.
In the part of academic contribution, this thesis can provide a discussion of academic teaching case studies; in the part of practical contribution, it can be a reference for Bank K to expand its operating foundation.
