台灣扣件產業發展來看,穩居全球扣件工業第三大出口國,但是勞動力短缺,大陸和東南亞國家削價競爭,中美貿易戰、政治因素干擾仰賴出口貿易為主的台灣,高價扣件市場長期由歐美通路商主導,內外夾攻之下,台灣扣件經年累月打下的全世界第三大市場,已經漸漸的被侵蝕中,低價策略的衝擊,經營策略轉型並著手開發高品質的五金扣件,高附加價值產品儼然成為數位化轉型中的利基,因疫情缺工斷鍊等問題引發扣件產業認真思考數位轉型,數位轉型包含數位化、數位優化 、數位轉型,數據化管理提升營運效率和利潤,並且優勢在於整合能力,透過數據的分析,企業有能力提出解決方案,提升客戶滿意度,增加客戶黏著度,影響公司的周轉率、交貨率、潛在客戶的成交率,企業整體利潤提高,數位轉型走向創新、客戶端需求發展,朝向微笑曲線的價值發展。
數位化轉型已成為當今企業追求競爭優勢和價值創造的關鍵因素。本研究以扣件產業為例，探討數位化轉型對於企業價值創造的影響。本研究旨在分析扣件產業在數位化轉型過程中所面臨的挑戰和機遇，並提出相應的策略和方法以實現更高的價值創造。
在研究方法方面，本研究採用混合方法研究設計，包括文獻回顧和實證研究。文獻回顧將用於瞭解數位化轉型的理論基礎和最佳實踐，而實證研究將通過扣件產業企業的案例分析和問卷調查，探討數位化轉型在扣件產業中的實際應用和效果。透過對多個扣件企業的深入研究，本研究將分析數位化轉型對生產過程、產品設計、供應鏈管理等方面的影響，並評估其對企業價值創造的貢獻。
最後，本研究提出了一系列策略和方法，以協助扣件產業實現數位化轉型並創造更高的價值。這些策略包括數據分析能力的建立與提升，物聯網技術的應用，以及組織文化和人才培養的轉型。同時，本研究也探討了可能遇到的挑戰和風險，並提出相應的風險管理和監控措施。

From the perspective of the development of Taiwan's fastener industry, it is firmly ranked as the third largest exporter of the global fastener industry, but there is a shortage of labor force, the mainland and Southeast Asian countries cut prices, the Sino-US trade war, and political factors interfere with Taiwan, which relies mainly on export trade, and high-priced fasteners The market has been dominated by European and American distributors for a long time.
