近年來,隨著經濟的不斷發展與繁榮,民眾的生活品質和水準越來越提高,政府日趨重視生技產業的發展,特別是對於免疫細胞產業的注意度逐年地上升。政府相繼地推出了相關的政策,證實了政府對於免疫細胞產業的大力重視,免疫細胞產業也將會進入快速的發展時期。P個案公司多年來在免疫細胞成果轉化方面取得了突出的成績。P個案公司具備比較強的技術研發能力,從而形成了在免疫細胞產業的競爭門檻與競爭優勢。
然而目前P個案公司的發展面臨重大轉型期,必須做改革,以適應發展的需求。本研究為實務導向,詳述了P個案公司發展過程之中的問題,並提出因應的解決方案,制定P個案公司的發展策略,從而提高P個案公司的營運水準,推動P個案公司的長遠發展。
本研究首先對公司策略的相關理論做了回顧,從理論的角度引出對於P個案公司現況的研究。隨後,本研究藉用五力分析法對企業的外部環境做整體性的分析,研究發現P個案公司所處的產業有諸多的發展機會,也面臨相當程度的挑戰,P個案公司必須靈活地把握。之後運用SWOT分析分別指出了P個案公司的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅,發現P個案公司在該產業具有比較大的競爭優勢,並相應地提出了P個案公司的發展策略。本研究有助於P個案公司提高對於本身所處環境以及經營方式的認識,充分地發揮競爭優勢,彌補本身的缺點,提高本身的經營能力,並最終實現P個案公司的永續發展。
Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous development and prosperity of the economy, the quality and standard of life of the people have been increasing, and the government has paid more and more attention to the development of the biotechnology industry, the attention to the immune cell industry has been increasing year by year especially. The government has introduced relevant policies one after another, which proves that the government attaches great importance to the immune cell industry, and the immune cell industry will also enter a period of rapid development. P Case Company has made outstanding achievements in the transformation of immune cell achievements over the years. The P case company has strong technology research and development capabilities relatively, thus forming a competitive threshold and competitive advantage in the immune cell industry.
However, the development of P Case Company is facing a major transformation period currently, and reforms must be made to meet the needs of development. This study is practice-oriented, and details the problems in the development process of P case company, and proposes corresponding solutions, and formulates the development strategy of P case company, so as to improve the operation level of P case company and promote the long-term development of P case company .
This study first reviews the relevant theories of corporate strategy, and draws out the conclusions about the current situation of the company in case P from a theoretical perspective. this study used the Five Forces analysis method to conduct a holistic analysis of the external environment of the enterprise Subsequently. The study found that the industry in which P case company is located has many development opportunities and also faces considerable challenges. P case company must grasp flexibly. Then use the SWOT analysis to point out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of P case company respectively, find that P case company has a large competitive advantage in this industry relatively, and put forward the development strategy of P case company accordingly. This study will help P case company to improve its understanding of its own environment and operating methods, give full play to its competitive advantages, make up for its own shortcomings, improve its own management capabilities, and realize the sustainable development of P case company finally.
