當社會結構及經濟的改變，生產後的婦女選擇坐月子場所不再只有家裡，近幾年產後護理機構與坐月子中心在成立家數及床數都有明顯的成長。依據內政部在2023 年初公布2022 年我國全年出生數為13 萬8,986 人，是我國歷年來最低的生產率，與全世界生產率比較，我國名次也是排名最後，當產後護理之家床數增多，生產數下降的情形下。產後護理機構要如何在這個逆境中生存，經營之道最
重要的就是要傾聽民意，也就是本研究想了解「影響高雄地區懷孕婦女挑選產後護理機構之因子」的主要目的，唯有瞭解產婦的需求，解決產婦及家屬的問題，企業才能夠永續生存及創造企業價值。
本論文是採用「層級分析法」（AHP）作為主要研究方法，以五大構面:環境因素、產婦相關、新生兒相關、彈性服務、及費用支出來說明影響產婦挑選產後護理機構的重要指標，第三層則為第二層五大構面之衡量因子共計有20 項，以兩兩比較方式，分析五大構面指標及權重之關係。依據權重的高低，才了解影響產婦挑選產後護理機構決策的重要因子。
研究結果權重大小依序為1.新生兒相關構面的權重，2.產婦相關的構面，3.費用支付的構面，4.服務彈性構面，5.環境相關構面。在複合權重衡量因子的排序，前五名是1.專業的醫護人員 2.居住的隱私 3.隨時可以看見寶寶4.產後課程5.解除合約處理及退還訂金額度希望經由研究結果能夠找出產後護理機構的競爭策略，在現有資源中改善人才缺口、提高人員的專業素質，提升創新思維，達到市場競爭力 ，展現自我的優勢及創新價值。

When the social structure and economy change, postpartum women choose confinement places no longer only at home. It is also a good choice to receive confinement services in postpartum care institutions. In recent years, postpartum care institutions and confinement centers have been established. And the number of beds has increased significantly. In accordance with the announcement issued by the Ministry of the Interior in January 2023, the number of births in my country in 2022 will be 138,986, which is the lowest productivity in my country over the years. Compared with the productivity of the world, my country also ranks last. When the number of beds in postpartum care homes increase and decrease in production. How postpartum care institutions can survive in this adversity, the most important way of operation is to listen to public opinion, The main objective of this study is to understand the " Decision Making For Postpartum Nursing Care Center Selection to explore the factor of the Kaohsiung area pregnant women". Only by understanding the needs of pregnant women, solving the problems of pregnant women and their families, and improving performance Postpartum Nursing Care Center can survive and create corporate value.
The methodology employed in this study involves the application of "Analytic Hierarchy Process" (AHP) analysis, and use five aspects: environmental factors, maternal-related, newborn-related, flexible services, and expenses decision making for Postpartum Nursing Care Center Selectionto factor. The third The first layer is the second layer. There are total of 20 measurement factors for the five facets. The relationship between the five facet indicators and their weights is analyzed by pairwise comparison.
The weight of the research results is 1. the weight of newborn-related aspects, 2. the weight of maternal-related aspects, 3. the cost payment aspect, 4. the service flexibility aspect, and 5. the environment-related aspect.In the order of the composite weight measurement factors, the top five are 1. Professional medical staff 2. Living privacy 3. You can see the baby at any time 4. Postpartum courses 5. Termination of contract processing and refund of reservation amount.
Hoped that the research results can find out the competitive strategy of postpartum care institutions, improve the talent gap in the existing resources, improve the professional quality of personnel, enhance innovative thinking, achieve market competitiveness, and demonstrate their own advantages and innovation value.
