This thesis aims to explore the life philosophy of the Huangdi Yinfujing and its application and impact in modern life management. As an ancient Chinese philosophical classic, the Huangdi Yinfujing contains a wealth of wisdom and practical methods, providing important insights for modern people facing life challenges.
The study first delves into the historical development, core ideas, and status in ancient management studies of the Huangdi Yinfujing, and then investigates its basic concepts from the perspectives of Yin-Yang, Five Elements, life and fate, cultivation and wisdom, among others. In addition, this paper also explores how to practice the wisdom of the Yinfujing in modern life and analyzes the impact of the Yinfujing on the quality of modern life in terms of mental health, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, and environmental awareness. The research results show that the life philosophy of the Huangdi Yinfujing has profound significance for modern life management, contributing to the improvement of individual life quality and spiritual realm.
