Abstract
Abstract
When encountering pressures from crises, resilience could have a positive mind and willingness to take the challenges. This study conducted the investigation on the relationships among social support, perceived organization support and perceived coworker support, resilience, and career satisfaction. We developed the model upon the concept of the theory of Conservation of Resource and resilience theory, randomly collected samples from 245 employees working across from diverse jobs and industries. Results suggest that: (1) perceived organization support could represent the significant effectiveness with the career satisfaction; (2) perceived organization support and perceived coworker support could influence the resilience; (3) resilience could positively predict the career satisfaction; (4) resilience could partially affect career satisfaction through perceived organization support and perceived coworker support. In accordance with our analysis, we had raised some management implications, suggestions, and the possible topic for the future to be discussed.
