台灣經濟以中小企業為主，隨著經濟快速發展，資訊發達，存在著許多的隱形冠軍，試著找出其如何截長補短，進行蛻變的發展過程及定律，創造出更多的隱形冠軍，讓台灣經濟繼續蓬勃發展。
本論文係以台灣第一大不銹鋼構造管製造商世華金屬科技股份有限公司為例，採用易經六卦、五力分析、SWOT分析等工具，探討主要經營者之經營哲學，了解其如何選擇市場、管理及研發高附加價值產品，並追蹤其發展過程。
鋼鐵產業鏈包羅萬象，發展成熟，競爭很激烈，且非常重視規範，因台灣規模很小，台灣CNS很難讓別人接受，但因為小，更容易去做非標準品，世華金屬公司利用台灣地窄人稠的優勢，為客戶量身訂做，打造客製化產品，創造其獲利之Business Model，因運用科學家思維開發，因此成為解決不銹鋼管問題專家，也造就「不銹鋼異型管模具尺寸全球最多」及「不銹鋼鏡面管全球最亮」兩項世界第一，其商業模式、發展過程及成功模式等，對有志成為隱形冠軍之台灣傳統產業，具有參考價值。

Taking Shyh Hwa Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Taiwan's largest manufacturer of stainless steel structural pipes, as an example, this paper uses Six diagrams of the Book of changes, Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis to explore the business philosophy of major operators, understand how to choose the market, manage and develop high value-added products, and track its development process.
The iron and steel industry is all-inclusive, mature and highly competitive. The steel industry attaches great importance to regulation. Because Taiwan's scale is very small, Taiwan's CNS is difficult for others to accept, but because it is small, it is easier to make non-standard products. Shyh Hwa Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. takes advantage of Taiwan's narrow land and dense population, tailor-made for customers, create customized products, create its profitable Business Model, because of the development of scientists' thinking. Become an expert in solving the problem of stainless steel pipe, and also create the largest mold size of stainless steel special-shaped tube in the world and the brightest stainless steel mirror tube in the world. Its business model, development process and successful model are of reference value to Taiwan's traditional industries that aspire to become hidden champions.
