摘要
本論文以某記憶體模組廠為範例,作者自身身為台灣中小型 (SMEs) 科技業中高階主管的數個數位轉型專案專案負責人的面向的第一人稱專案負責人的角度,探討數位轉型對於台灣中小型記憶體科技業所面臨的議題及解決方法。透過多個專案實際經驗,結合作者自身的經驗,探討公司的專案團隊在這幾年來導入數個數位轉型系統上所遇到的困難,並提供解決方案。並進一步細部探討了中小型企業在數位轉型中所面臨的困境,在資料蒐集的方面,本研究採取自我述說的方式已本人為專案負責人的經驗基礎,中小型企業為主題,在自我述說法將資訊產生後,本人先以數位轉型之動機以及組織惰性的概念作為分析單位來探討公司為什麼執行數位轉型,以及解決之道。例如公司資源有限、數位人才培育方式、企業文化轉型/組織惰性等問題。為了克服這些障礙,本論文提出了一些實際解決方案,包括改變企業文化、提高員工數位能力、建立合適的數位基礎架構、制定明確的數位轉型策略等。作者還介紹了一些當時成功解決以上問題的解決方法,希望分享這些經驗,以降低業界於數位轉型會面臨的風險,為有數位轉型需求的企業提供一些建議,本人以數位轉型的執行動機。以及從本研究資訊蒐集數位轉型專案執行時遇到的困難以及解決的經驗為基礎,並希望能幫助中小型科技企業更準確地命中自身的數位轉型目標。

Abstract
This paper explores the issues and solutions of digital transformation for small and medium-sized memory technology companies in Taiwan, from the perspective of the author as a senior executive and project leader in the industry.
Based on the author's practical experiences in leading three digital transformation projects over four years, the paper discusses the difficulties encountered by project teams and provides solutions. The paper also delves into the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, such as limited resources, digital talent cultivation, and organizational culture transformation. To overcome these obstacles, practical solutions are proposed, including changing corporate culture, enhancing employees' digital skills, establishing suitable digital infrastructure, and formulating clear digital transformation strategies.
The paper also presents successful solutions to these challenges, hoping to share experiences and reduce risks in the industry's digital transformation. The author aims to provide advice for enterprises with digital transformation needs, and to help small and medium-sized technology companies hit their digital transformation goals more accurately.
