  近年來能源、環保議題受到各界重視,國際間陸續提出各項環保節能政策,除了提高再生能源使用外,電動車被視為能取代傳統燃油車的低碳道路交通之一;現今電動車仍處於起步階段,面對龐大商機的電動車市場,本研究欲透過個案電動車業者之研究,探討其成功的商業模式,瞭解其顧客價值主張、關鍵資源、流程、及利潤公式等。
  為瞭解電動車產業成功的商業模式,本研究將以產業中具代表性之企業個案進行深度探討,因此將採用個案研究及半結構式訪談法進行;本研究將以Osterwalder and Pigneur(2010)的商業模式九大構面、及資源基礎理論之觀點,設計本研究之訪談大綱,再針對個案相關業者及汽車產業專家,進行電動車產業趨勢發展及相關業者之商業模式等議題之訪問。
  本研究依據個案公司之經營模式與發展狀況,建構出個案公司成功的商業模式,最後提出實務管理意涵,提供電動車相關業者因應產業趨勢,發展經營策略之具體建議。
Abstract
  In recent years, the issues of energy and environmental protection have received much attention, and various environmental protection and energy saving policies have been proposed internationally. In addition to increasing the utilization rate of renewable energy, electric vehicles are regarded as one of the low-carbon road transportation to replace traditional fuel vehicles. Although electric vehicles are still in their infancy, they have huge business opportunities. This study adopts case study of electric vehicle company to explore the successful business models and understand their customer value propositions, key resources, processes, and profit formulas.
  In order to understand the successful business model of the electric vehicle industry, this research conducts an in-depth case study with representative company and uses semi-structured interviews. This study designs the interview outline based on the nine business model aspects of Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) and the resource-based theory perspective, and then focuses on the development of electric vehicle industry trends and business models for relevant industry players and experts in the automotive industry to ask their opinions.
  Based on the business model and development status of the case company, this research constructs the successful business model of the case, and finally puts forward the meaning of practical management, and provides specific suggestions for electric vehicle related companies to respond to industry trends and develop business strategies.
