Abstract |
This study aims to explore the relationship among Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBE), and Employee Perceived Enterprise Support Volunteering Behavior (CSEV). It further investigates the mediating effect of Environmental Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBE) and Employee Perceived Enterprise Support Volunteering Behavior (CSEV). The study primarily focuses on employees and supervisors in various industries in Taiwan. Data is collected through the Internet, and statistical software SPSS24 and PLS are used for descriptive statistics, confirmatory analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and regression analysis. The important results obtained are as follows: Firstly, there is a positive relationship between GHRM and CSR. Secondly, OCBE is found to have a significant mediating effect between GHRM and CSR. Thirdly, the results also indicate that CSEV has no mediating effect on the relationship between GHRM and CSR. Finally, based on the research results, this study provides conclusions, discussion analysis, and management practice references and suggestions for future research. |
