出勤記錄是企業與員工之間確認勞務提供時間的計算基礎，同時也是勞工局勞動檢查審核是否違反勞動基準法等，相關法令之重要判斷依據。企業必須遵守相關勞動法令並對員工出勤進行管理；在實際做法上，企業以制定出勤規則以及使用出勤管理工具，以達成對出勤的管理。
本研究採用個案研究法，針對一間非營利組織的出勤系統，由傳統的出勤系統更換為雲端的HRM系統。採實地觀察該過程情形，收集更換過程階段資料；也採用該組織客觀的次級資料。
結果顯示：(一)新系統達到預期目標。人資單位能透過系統掌握所有班別出勤狀況，對於違法出勤系統亦能自動發揮管控功能。(二)使用手機GPS定位打卡，操作便捷能隨時隨地立即看到打卡結果；手機可申請假卡、出差、加班等；主管也能用手機簽核，簽核過程透明，出勤作業流程效能提升。(三)人資作業效率提升。

Attendance records are the calculation basis for the confirmation of labor service provision time between enterprises and employees, and are also an important basis for the labor bureau to inspect and review whether it violates the Labor Standards Act and other relevant laws and regulations. Enterprises must abide by relevant labor laws and manage employee attendance; in practice, enterprises formulate attendance rules and use attendance management tools to achieve attendance management.
This study adopts a case study method, focusing on the attendance system of a non-profit organization, which is replaced by a cloud-based HRM system from a traditional attendance system. Field observations of the process are used to collect data on the phases of the replacement process; objective secondary data from the organization are also used.
The results show that: (1) The new system achieves the expected goal. The human resource unit can grasp the attendance status of all shifts through the system, and the system can automatically control the illegal attendance. (2) Use the mobile phone GPS to locate and clock in, which is convenient to operate and can immediately see the clock-in results anytime, anywhere; mobile phones can apply for fake cards, business trips, overtime, etc.; supervisors can also use mobile phones to sign off, the sign-off process is transparent, and the efficiency of the attendance operation process is improved. (3) Improve the efficiency of human resource operations.
