本研究旨在探討專業過時對資訊科技專業人員的生涯選擇和工作表現的影響、探討工作疲憊是否影響工作表現,以及在職離職是否影響工作表現。研究動機方面,過去研究多著墨在專業與組織承諾、自我效能對生涯選擇的影響,較少研究為了不被專業過時而淘汰,盡全力導致生活與工作不平衡,從而導致生涯重新選擇。研究目的方面,探討專業過時對工作要求、工作疲憊、在職離職及生涯選擇之間的影響。研究方法採用問卷調查法。研究發現,專業過時對工作要求、工作疲憊、在職離職及生涯選擇之間皆產生正向影響。 |
Abstract |
This study aims to explore the impact of professional obsolescence on employees' career choices and job performance, examine whether job burnout affects quiet quitting and performance, and investigate the influence of career choices. In terms of research motivation, previous studies have focused on the effects of professional and organizational commitment and self-efficacy on career choices, but there has been less research on being eliminated due to professional obsolescence and striving to balance life and work, leading to a need for career reselection. In terms of research objectives, this study aims to investigate the effects of professional obsolescence on job demands, job burnout, quiet quitting, and career choices. A questionnaire survey was used as the research method. The study found that professional obsolescence has a positive impact on job demands, job burnout, quiet quitting, and career choices. |
