Overall, a cycle has been detected that due to the deficiency of mental health knowledge that created the stigma and basis that people had on them. That leads to the timidity that depressed employees of revealing their situation and tell us about how they truly feel. The more that people are afraid of talking about it, the less awareness will be gained on the topic, without the support and the knowledge people will delay the journey of healing. |
